The Hopkins County Fiscal Court (Public Works Department) is accepting applications for a full time Mechanic.  This position will entail maintenance work on vehicles, updating computerized maintenance/inventory forms, repairing diesel vehicles, replacing and ordering parts.  In order to apply the applicant must be a high school graduate or the equivalent, live in Hopkins County, have a minimum Class B CDL, have air conditioning system certification, air brake certification and experience with schematics, able to operate various hand tools and lift 50+ pounds.  Applications may be downloaded below or may be picked up at the Hopkins County Government Center, 56 North Main Street, Madisonville, Kentucky.  Hopkins County Fiscal Court is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
