Hopkins County Judge-Executive Donald E. Carroll and the Hopkins County Fiscal court request the honor of your presence at the dedication of the Hopkins County Judicial Center. The Regular Meeting of the Hopkins County Fiscal Court was held at Hopkins County Government Center and was called to order by Hopkins County Judge Executive, Donald E. Carroll. Invocation was given by Leon Smith. Roll call was taken and a quorum was established with all Magistrates being present.

Judge Executive Donald E. Carroll is presenting Jailer Joe Blue a certificate of appreciation from the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Kentucky for his extraordinary efforts in creating and successfully implementing a nearly-organic garden project at the Hopkins County Detention Center.
